Encouraging Girls Education in South Sudan.

The way l will encourage girls education in S. Sudan upon my return will be through advocating for more training and recruiting of female teachers in schools. This is because South Sudan does not have enough trained personnel in the field of education more especially women. By training and recruiting more female teachers in the country they become positive role models to girls, encouraging them to go to school. Another reason is the presence of female teachers in S. Sudan will motivate parents to take their girls to school by putting in mind that when their daughter are in school, its for the benefit of their families and communities. Female teachers also help in reducing gender discrimination and therefore they create safe school environment for girls to learn.
The way l will do it will be through radio broadcasting program. According to S. Sudan first national media survey in the year 2013, radio remains the most accessible source of information for the vast majority of South Sudanese people. In conclusion by training female teachers the cycle of poverty will be reduced, the will create peaceful community and things changes.
